They kept me fully informed throughout and I’m absolutely delighted with the end result. I have had the pleasure of using Blair and Sheridan over many years and I have never been disappointed with the quality and professionalism of all the staff. Blair and Sheridan created the most gorgeous bespoke ring for my fiancée. They were super helpful throughout the whole process, especially Chiara who kept in contact with us for updates on the design process. They were so patient with me and gave me all the time and information I needed to decide on the perfect design, stones and metal to use for the ring. Their shop is gorgeous and everyone has been so kind whenever I have been there. My fiancée and I love the ring and all of the personal touches we were able to put into it. Highly recommend going here and we will definitely be back in future for our wedding bands!

Its so beautiful and unique, and he said the process was brilliant and Douglas had great expertise and guided him every step of the way. I had a first class experience at Blair and Sheridan creating the engagement ring for my fiancée. Carla was fantastic and helped me at each stage of the process. On arrival my nerves were settled instantly with Carla’s professionalism and insight when considering what I was looking for. I’m especially grateful of her working to my hectic changing timetable. It really felt like Carla was invested in us as a couple, and wanted to help us figure out what our vision was for our wedding rings. Good communication throughout, and very informative about our options. We ended up spending more than we had planned on rings, but it felt like a unique opportunity to get some perfect for each of us, and was absolutely worth it.

I chose Blair and Sheridan based on their reputation and was delighted with how above and beyond they went with me during a process that I was initially quite nervous about - designing an engagement ring. I thoroughly recommend using B&S for bespoke jewellery. The friendly and down-to-earth service I received from Roddy, Carla and the team was exceptional. The quality of the design, production and any communication were just a few of the reasons I was so happy with every stage of the process with them. I hadn't shared with anyone that I was getting a bespoke ring made, and so B&S were on the receiving end of all of my thoughts, questions and concerns, which they handled in a very conscious and supportive way. Much preferred supporting an independent jeweller over any high street brand. Will be returning again in the future I'm sure.

The team at Blair and Sheridan are absolutely outstanding. From the first walk-in to the shop, through the consultation, design, fitting and delivery the service was spectacular. We were made to feel like their most important clients at every step of the way. We could not be happier with the final finished pieces. Can't recommend them highly enough!
